About Dr Messer
Dr Messer is an oncoplastic breast surgeon who established his private practice on the Gold Coast in 2017. He enjoys living on the Gold Coast with his wife and 4 children and has been part of the local community since beginning his medical career here in 2006.
Following his medical training at the University of Queensland and achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2014, Dr Messer completed comprehensive specialty training in breast surgery.
His advanced training includes a 2-year post-graduate fellowship in breast surgery at Waikato Hospital in Hamilton, New Zealand, and fellowship training at the prestigious Westmead Breast Cancer Institute in Sydney, Australia.
