Breast Cancer Surgery
Local Excision (Lumpectomy)
Removal of breast tumour with clear margins while preserving breast tissue. Ideal for early-stage cancers.
Simple Mastectomy
Complete removal of breast tissue with nipple/areola complex when breast conservation is not possible.
Skin Sparing Mastectomy
Removal of breast tissue and nipple but preserving surrounding skin for optimal reconstruction results.
Nipple Sparing Mastectomy
Preservation of all breast skin including nipple and areola for optimal reconstruction results in suitable cases.
Axillary Surgery
Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy
